What size Ghillators™ Ghillie Brogues should I purchase?
Considering the thickness of your kilt hose in your decision, we recommend ordering a size up. We recommend you order the next highest full-size to your usual shoe size. For women or our international customers, please see the shoe size conversions chart.
How do I tie the laces?
Do not cinch the laces! Unlike traditional leather ghillie brogues, Ghillators™ Ghillie Brogues do not require excessive force exerted when tying laces. When putting on your Ghillators™, gently pull the laces—making sure there isn't slack back and forth through the eyelets—then twist them around each other. The number of twists (half rotations) usually numbers between three and six or personal preference.
How do I care for my Ghillators™ Ghillie Brogues?
Caring for your Ghillators™ is easy. To keep your Ghillators™ in good condition, you will want to avoid leaving them where they will be exposed to heat or sun, such as a dish washer, washing machine, or hot car, as this can cause the shoes to shrink or warp. You can keep your Ghillators™ clean by hand washing them with cold water and a mild soap.

All Ghillators™ Ghillie Brogues are under warranty for up to 30 days after your purchase.  Please contact sales@ghillators.com.
When will my order ship?
Your order will be shipped within 14 business days.
What shipping options do you offer?
Our preferred method of shipping in the United States is via the United States Postal Service (USPS).  This allows us to be able to provide service to our customers who require shipping to a Post Office Box. Bulk and international customers may receive their Ghillators™ Ghillie Brogues via first class mail, parcel post, or by another reputable shipper.
